'Dartmouth an Enchanted Place' was launched at Dartmouth's historical Guildhall on Friday 16 August to an invited audience. Author Joslin Fiennes explained how she sourced some of the many rare pictures and much new material on the history of Dartmouth and its colourful characters. She is pictured here with Publisher Richard Webb and Managing Director of the Antique Collectors' Club, Diane Steel (right).
